Festival trader life with my 5 year old...part 6 ❤

Camper Calling at Ragley Hall was magical as it always is and the weather was scorching hot...bliss! Easy straight forward set up and great trade. Always good to have my yearly regular returning customers and Camper Calling is great for that. Highlights for me were 'The Stickmen', we had a good dance to them and also 'Mr Motivator' ... still going strong after all these years. I find him incredible! He got a great crowd with a fabulous atmosphere.

After Camper Calling was a much needed break at home before heading to Bunkfest in Oxfordshire. Another fantastic 'small' folk festival. Not many traders which is good for me and a great crowd. This is a local village festival that purely relies on donations to keep it running. It's great! I always look forward to this little beaut and only took my shawls and throws to make it an easy pack down as Rosie was starting school on the Tuesday. I came home with very little stock which is always good. So yes Rosie started Year 1 at school that week and settled in brilliantly. I love how my girl can adapt and go from festival life in and out of fields all over the country to the routine of home and school. A healthy balance in life and a super happy child...very proud.

From Bunkfest it was onto my last music festival for the season and the biggest VW show in the world Busfest in Malvern. I didn't camp and drove home every evening which was so nice...lazing in a bath and getting into my comfy bed every night. Happy days! Again it is a yearly event for me so it's really nice to catch up with fellow traders and the set up is inside. It wasn't so busy this year unfortunately but still worth doing.

What a fabulous festival season. Rosie and I have been all over the country in Betty the camper and have loved it. So many adventures and so many memories made. What a life!
