Return & Refund Policy
In the event that any order is incorrect the customer must contact me within 7 days of delivery either by message, phone or email. If I have made a mistake or the product is faulty or damaged please contact me with your order reference number and ideally a photograph of the faulty product in advance of posting the item.
In case of cancellation if the order has been dispatched and it is simply a change of heart the return delivery costs will be paid by the customer. Again using Hermes Courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A refund will be processed and issued to the cost of the product returned.
Please ensure that you enclose your order number and contact details within the return package. Without this it cannot be processed.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If not I reserve the right to refuse refunding or replacing the product.
I do not accept exchanged or returned earrings that have been worn or tried on or any product that has had the label or tag removed.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days.
Certain products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects as they are handmade so therefore will be inspected first before being deemed as faulty.
* SALE products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
